L:
I was not able to access the blog at all last night, so I will give a quick summary of Thursday and then try to blog about yesterday sometime later today. In the morning, we did some souvenir shopping at a neat little marketplace. After lunch, we went back to the hotel for a long (much-needed) nap. Then we ordered room service for dinner and skyped all the grandparents. T & K don't know how to stay in front of the computer yet and our ability to skype is pretty hit and miss, but hopefully it's not too frustrating for everyone back in the States.
When they wake up, Kalysta moves over and holds Tryana's hand. It's so sweet.
I keep reminding myself over and over that God in His wisdom and love chose us to be Tryana and Kalysta's family. He will give us the ability to love and parent them in the ways that they need. Despite our inadequacies, He will provide for these two precious girls.
I'll end by saying thank you for the comments, e-mails, and posts on Nick's Facebook. I think you understand that we don't have time to respond, but please know that we appreciate them.

God is good- He knew from the beginning that Kalysta and Tryana would be a part of your family, and you are right, He will equip you to be the parents that they need. Keep trusting Him, as know you will, and He will continue to guide you in this journey. We will continue to pray for you as you get to know one another and learn to work together as a family unit. If anyone is ready for this, it's you!!!

Wow! This post made me cry! It's so great that the girls are together. I love how they hold hands. It's so awesome how you've put your trust in God in how he will guide you in raising these little ones. : )
